HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roof tile

I am not sure this is the right order, but by the end of 2020, the following has been done (for some, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, it was just the first phase).

First came HVAC: air heater, ducts, pipes, exhausts.

Then came plumbing: pipes, water lines, shower pan, gas lines.

There was a minor mishap with the toilet drain pipe location that needed to be moved a few inches. No biggie (the concrete was later patched). The only reason I mention this is that if it happens to you, do not lose your sleep: a plumber can easily fix it.

Then electrical work started: outlet boxes, wiring, Ethernet cables.

Finally, we got the roof tile installed and by the new year, the house looked like this:
